রূপের দীপালি-উৎসব আমি দেখেছি তোমার অঙ্গে।
শত ফুলশর মুরছায় প্রিয়া, তোমার নয়নভঙ্গে॥
যে আঁখি পরম সুন্দরে দেখিয়াছে
সেই আঁখি কাঁদে তোমার পায়ের কাছে,
দেখেছে সে আঁখি, বিশ্ব দুলিছে তোমার রূপ-তরঙ্গে॥
তোমারে দেখিতে আমার আকাশ আনত হইয়া কাঁদে,
(তব) মণিহার হতে বিবাদ করে গো কোটি গ্রহ-তারা চাঁদে।
তুমি দেখিতে যদি গো আপন রূপের আলো
আমারে ভুলিয়া নিজেরে বাসিতে ভালো,
তোমারে আড়াল করিয়া গো তাই ছায়া-সম ফিরি সঙ্গে॥
