এখনও শিশির ঝরে,
এখনো বাহুর পরে

এখনো কবরী-মূলে
কুসুম পড়েনি ঢুলে,
এখনো পড়েনি খুলে
মালা খোঁপায়।।
নিভায়ে আমার বাতি
পোহালো সবার রাতি;
নিশি জেগে মালা গাঁথি

ajo hiyay.
Amar noyon bhore
ekhono shishir jhore,
ekhono bahur pore
bodhu ghumay.
Ekhono kobori-mule
kusum poreni dhule,
ekhono poreni khule
mala khopay.
Nibhaye amar bati
pohalo sobar rati;
nishi jege mala ganthi
prate shukay.
