আমার-প্রাণে সে দেয় পাখার ছায়া বুলায়ে॥
যখন শরৎ কাঁপে শিউলিফুলের হরষে
নয়ন ভরে যে সেই গোপন গানের পরশে।
গভীর রাতে কী সুর লাগায় আধো-ঘুমে আধো-জাগায়,
আমার স্বপন-মাঝে দেয় যে কী দোল দুলায়ে॥

Gobhir rate ki shur lagay adho-ghume adho-jagay,
amar shopon-majhe dey je ki dol dulaye.
